Scientist Finds The Right Chemistry with the Navy

There are scores of employees at CNA with master's degrees and Ph.D.s in subjects like economics, abstract algebra, even law degrees. But when they're hired, they generally don't work in the area they studied. Take CNA's Dr. David Broyles, for instance.
